Vets Runnin' For Congress, Iran On Some Bullshit - Same Old, Same Old?
These military dudes tryna ride the war wave to get elected, but is it really 'bout the people or just another power grab?

Aight, so you got all these vets, right? Runnin' for Congress now that Iran's on some wild ish. They switchin' up they campaigns, talkin' 'bout security this and security that. Sounds real familiar, don't it?
Every time somethin' pops off overseas, these politicians start flexin' they military muscle. Act like they the only ones who can keep us safe. But what about the streets, tho? What about the jobs, the schools, the healthcare?
See, they use the war talk to distract from the real problems. While they busy playin' army, folks here still strugglin'. Rent too high, food prices crazy, and ain't nobody gettin' a livin' wage.
And let's be real, most of these vets ain't lookin' out for the community. They lookin' out for themselves, and maybe the pockets of the corporations that back 'em. They talkin' 'bout defendin' freedom, but whose freedom we talkin' 'bout?
The same freedom that lets these corporations pollute our neighborhoods? The same freedom that keeps black and brown folks locked up? Nah, I ain't buyin' it.
We need folks in Congress who understand what it's like to struggle, who fightin' for real change, not just for votes. Talk ain't cheap, but it damn sure don't feed the kids or pay the bills. So, before y'all jump on the bandwagon, ask yourself: who really benefits from this war rhetoric?
