Aight, so the US hit another boat in the Pacific, sayin' it was carryin' drugs. One dead. Part of this Operation Southern Spear, which they claimin' done took out damn near 200 people since September. Real talk, tho, is this mess really helpin' us or just another excuse for Uncle Sam to play global cop?

They sayin' it's about keepin' drugs off the streets, but we all know how that story goes. They take out one boat, ten more pop up. Meanwhile, in the hood, folks still strugglin' with addiction, no jobs, and the police treatin' us like criminals anyway. Where the help at?

This whole war on drugs been a failure from jump. All it do is lock up Black and Brown folks, while the rich stay rich and the system stay broken. They ain't tryin' to solve nothin', just keepin' the game goin'.

And let's not forget who really suffers when they start blastin' at sea. These ain't all Pablo Escobars, man. Some of 'em just regular folks tryin' to make a livin' however they can. Desperate times, desperate measures.

They wanna stop drugs? Invest in our communities. Give us opportunities. Help us heal from the trauma and the pain. Build us up instead of tearin' us down.

But nah, they rather spend billions on bombs and bullets. Makes you wonder who really benefitin' from all this.

I'm just sayin', real change gotta start from the ground up. This ain't it. This ain't the way. This ain't gonna fix the problems we facin' every day.

So next time they talk about Operation Southern Spear, remember who payin' the price. It ain't the politicians or the corporations. It's us, the everyday people just tryin' to survive.

They need to cut the cap and get real with what's going on. Quit treatin' the symptom and start fixin' the disease.
