Trump Tryna Change the Game on Birthright Citizenship, Fo Real?
SCOTUS 'bout to decide if that 14th Amendment still mean somethin' after Trump's executive order.

Aight, check it. Trump back in office and already on some BS, signin' an executive order tryin' to end birthright citizenship. We talkin' 'bout the 14th Amendment, the one that was supposed to give Black folks rights after slavery, now they wanna mess wit' it again. They always tryna take somethin' back, ain't they? This ain't nothin' new.
The 14th Amendment sayin' anybody born in the U.S. is a citizen. Period. But now Trump and his crew tryna say that don't apply if your parents ain't citizens or legal residents. That's straight up targeted at Black and Brown folks, tryin' to scare people and keep folks out. Same old playbook.
They be talkin' 'bout "subject to its jurisdiction." What that even mean? To me, that mean if you born here, you part of this. You gotta follow the rules, pay taxes, all that. But these folks tryna twist it to fit their agenda. They be reachin', man.
Remember that Wong Kim Ark case? That basically said if you born here, you a citizen. Been the law for over a hundred years. Now they wanna flip the script? Nah, son. This ain't right.
Amy Howe and Amanda Frost talkin' 'bout it wit' Ali Rogin. They probably sayin' some smart stuff, but at the end of the day, it's about power. Who got it and who don't. And right now, these dudes in power tryna take away what little we got. They always tryna keep us down.
This is more than just about citizenship. It's about family, it's about community, it's about belonging. They tryna make us feel like we don't belong here, even if we born and raised here. That's some messed up stuff, man.
So, what we gonna do? We gotta fight back. We gotta make our voices heard. We gotta let them know we ain't goin' nowhere. We been here, we built this country, and we ain't gonna let nobody take that away from us. Stay woke, y'all. They watchin'.
