They Tryna' Play Us: UK Say Less Prostate Checks, Fam?
Government tryna' cut corners on healthcare, sayin' prostate screening do more harm than good – but who this REALLY help?

Aight, listen up, kings. They out here tryna' finesse us again. This time, it's the UK National Screening Committee, right? They sayin' that most of us don't need to be gettin' prostate cancer screenings no more. They claimin' the tests, the PSA joints, do more harm than good. Word?
Now, check it. They say all that screenin' be leadin' to folks gettin' diagnosed with cancer that ain't even gonna be a problem. Then, they gettin' all these treatments that mess 'em up – makin' 'em leak and not able to get right, know what I'm sayin'? But hold up...
They makin' an exception for the fellas with that BRCA2 gene, especially if they got fam with breast, ovary, pancreas, or prostate cancer. Them dudes gotta get checked every couple years between 45 and 61. So, what's good for them ain't good for us regular cats?
And peep this: they ain't even sure if Black men, who already at higher risk, should be gettin' screened. They sayin' there's “ongoing uncertainty” if it'll do more good than harm. Man, they ain't even tryin' to hide the BS no more.
Some cat named Prof Sir Mike Richards, chair of the UKNSC, talkin' 'bout how they know folks want the screenin', but it don't really help that much. He sayin' most dudes gonna live their lives just fine without the cancer even messin' with 'em. But how we know which is which, G?
He straight up said, “Once a prostate cancer is found, we still can’t reliably tell which cancers need treatment and which do not.” So, they playin' Russian roulette with our health, basically. Take the treatment and risk messin' yourself up, or roll the dice and hope for the best? Nah, son.
They took the BRCA1 dudes off the list too, based on some new data. So the rules always changing according to them. It's all suspect.
This ain't about health, it's about wealth. They tryna save money by cuttin' back on healthcare for the everyday man. They wanna nickel and dime our health, but line they own pockets. Don't fall for the okie doke.
They got us fightin' each other while they livin' large and playin' with our lives. We gotta wake up and see what's really goin' on. Health is wealth, and they tryna rob us blind.
So what we gon' do? Educate yourself. Talk to your doctor, not just trust what these folks sayin'. Know your family history. And most importantly, take care of yourself. Eat right, exercise, and stay vigilant. They ain't lookin' out for us, so we gotta look out for each other.
