They Tryna Play My Man: Kirk Case Stalled, Defense Pushin' for Delay
Accused shooter's lawyers claimin' they ain't got enough time, tryin' to shut down the cameras—sound like some shady biz to me.

PROVO, Utah – Aight, so check it. This whole situation with Tyler Robinson, the dude accused of poppin' Charlie Kirk, gettin' more twisted than a Snoop Dogg blunt. They was in court Friday, and his lawyers out here pullin' all kinda moves to slow things down. Claimin' they need more time to look at evidence, wanna ban the cameras from the courtroom—sound like they tryna finesse the system, fam.
Now, I ain't sayin' Robinson innocent or nothin', but everybody deserve a fair shake, ya feel me? But when you got them high-powered lawyers comin' in, makin' all these demands, it make you wonder what they really up to. Richard Novak, his lawyer, talkin' 'bout they ain't got the 'raw data' from the FBI and ATF. Sayin' it violate his client's rights. Real talk, it sound like they lookin' for a loophole, a way to get my man off the hook.
The prosecutor, Ryan McBride, tryna keep things movin', sayin' they got a grip of evidence. But we all know how the system work, especially when race involved. Sometimes evidence ain't worth the paper it printed on. Remember Rodney King? Trayvon Martin? I'm just sayin', don't always believe what they feedin' you.
And the cameras? That's a whole 'nother level of sketchiness. They sayin' it'll bias the jury, but the streets already made up they mind. Everybody got an opinion on this case, especially 'cause Kirk was a big shot conservative. But takin' away the cameras? That just hide things from the people. We need to see what goin' on in that courtroom, hold these folks accountable.
Judge Tony Graf tryin' to keep everybody in line, threatenin' lawyers with jail time if they talk too much. But the real crime is the system itself, always stacked against us. They buildin' prisons faster than schools, ya know what I mean? It's all about control.
Man arrived at court in an armored truck with a police escort and snipers everywhere? They treatin' this dude like he Bin Laden. They want to make an example of him, show everybody what happen when you cross the powers that be.
Erika Kirk, Charlie's widow, want a speedy trial. Can't blame her. But speed ain't everything. Justice gotta be blind, gotta be fair. And right now, this ain't lookin' too good.
Bottom line, this case is a mess. It's about politics, it's about power, it's about race. And at the end of the day, somebody gonna get played. Hope it ain't Robinson, but in this system, anything possible. Keep ya eyes open, ya ears to the street. Stay woke.
They move different when it’s one of ours on trial, I’m just sayin’…
