Now, I ain't know much 'bout Charlie Kirk, but I know about the First Amendment. This man got locked up for a meme?! A meme, y'all! They say it was 'cause the meme was 'bout a school shootin' and folks got scared. But come on, that's a weak excuse to lock somebody up. Dude lost his job, missed his anniversary, and the birth of his grandbaby. That ain't right.

The system be playin' dirty. They always targetin' folks for what they say online, especially if you speakin' truth to power. But this time, they messed with the wrong one. Bushart sued they asses and won. That's how you do it.

The man said he was happy his First Amendment rights was vindicated. I feel that. We gotta protect our right to speak our minds, even if folks don't like what we gotta say. 'Cause if they can lock up one person for a Facebook post, they can come for any of us.

The police claimin' people was scared by the post, but they know they just trippin'. They used that as an excuse to shut dude up. That’s how they do, especially to Black folks. They try to silence you so you can't organize and speak against them.

Shoutout to the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) for helpin' this dude out. We need more organizations like that fightin' for our rights. It’s important for them to be on our side, cause the government is always gonna try and take our rights away.

This situation is all about power and who gets to control the narrative. They try to scare you and make you feel like you can't say nothin', but you gotta stand your ground. Larry Bushart did that, and he got paid for it. That's the kinda energy we need.
