Talarico Rollin' With a Pastor Who Ain't Really 'Bout God? Bet.
Texas Senate candidate gettin' advice from a preacher man who barely mentions the big homie upstairs – what's really goin' on?
Aight, so peep this. This cat James Talarico, runnin' for Senate down in Texas, he's tight with this pastor named Jim Rigby. Now, Rigby ain't your grandma's preacher, ya feel me? Dude barely even says "God." Word on the street is, he's more 'bout, like, "social justice" and all that woke stuff.
Now, I ain't hatin' on social justice or nothin', but when you got a PASTOR barely talkin' 'bout God, somethin' ain't addin' up. Texas is all 'bout that Bible Belt life, so this move kinda sus, if you ask me. Is he tryna get the young folks on board or somethin'?
Talarico thinkin' he can win over the state by linkin' up with a preacher who ain't preachin' the gospel? Good luck with that, fam. The old heads ain't gonna be feelin' that. But young folk these days ain't even going to church anyway, so maybe it don't even matter. Folks just want a job and health insurance that don't bankrupt you.
This whole thing remind me of when politicians start wearin' cowboy boots and talkin' 'bout how much they love BBQ when election time rolls around. It's all a show. They don't really care 'bout us. They just want our votes so they can stay in power.
I ain't sayin' Rigby ain't legit, but I'm just sayin', be careful who you trust, especially when they got that political stink on 'em. They only out for self. They make bank off of our votes and don't send no real help back to the streets.
At the end of the day, politics is just a game. A rigged game. And we the pawns. So, don't get played. Do your research, know your candidates, and don't let nobody fool you into thinkin' they got your best interests at heart.
These politicians need to come correct with what they REALLY plan to do for the hoods they are supposedly trying to represent. We ain't buyin' them lies no more. We need real change in the communities! Facts!
Talarico better have a solid plan to bring some jobs and resources to the inner cities, because talk is cheap. We need to see action, not just hear promises. If not, he can kick rocks. Period.
We need leaders who gonna ride for the people and keep it 100. No cap. We tired of these fake politicians who just want to line their pockets. It's time for a real change, ya heard?
So, yeah, Talarico rollin' with a pastor who ain't really 'bout God. That's Texas politics in 2024. Stay woke, fam. Stay woke.
