Supremes Let Flores Cook: NFL Discrimination Case Headed to Court
The Supreme Court done stepped back, now the NFL gotta answer for how they treatin' Black coaches – this ain't no game, this real life.

Aight, so check it: the Supreme Court just clowned on the NFL, refusin' to block Brian Flores' lawsuit. They tried to sweep this under the rug with some behind-closed-doors arbitration BS, but the Supremes said nah, let's air this dirty laundry in public. Justice Kavanaugh ain't feelin' it, but the rest said let the man have his day in court.
Brian Flores, ex-Dolphins coach, stepped up and called out the NFL for the racist mess it is. He said they “rife with racism” when it comes to hiring Black coaches. And he ain’t lyin'. We see it, everybody sees it. They gettin' rich off Black bodies on the field but ain't puttin' us in positions of power on the sidelines or in the front office.
Steve Wilks and Ray Horton hopped on board too, tellin' they stories. Wilks said the Cardinals used him as a “bridge coach,” basically set him up to fail. Horton said the Titans gave him a fake interview just to check a box. Sound familiar? Happens all the time. They want the appearance of diversity without actually givin' us a real shot.
Flores got fired from the Dolphins right before he filed the suit. They probably thought they could silence him, but he ain't back down. Now he's the defensive coordinator for the Vikings, still grindin', still fightin'.
The NFL tried to say this should be handled in-house, but that's just how they protect they own. They don't want the world to see how they operate. But the courts said, nah, this too important. Let's get this on record.
The NFL put out a statement saying they respect the decision and ready to defend themselves. Yeah, okay. They ready to spend millions on lawyers to try and make this go away. But we see through the facade.
Flores' lawyers, David Gottlieb and Douglas Wigdor, hyped about this. They know they got a strong case, and they ain't afraid to take on the NFL. This ain't just about Flores, Wilks, and Horton. It's about every Black coach who been denied an opportunity because of they skin color.
This lawsuit could change the game for real. It could force the NFL to finally get serious about diversity and inclusion. But we gotta stay vigilant. They gonna try to find ways to get around it, to keep the power structure intact. This is why we gotta keep holdin' 'em accountable.
This ain't just about football. It's about economic empowerment, about fair treatment, about respect. The Supreme Court gave us a chance to fight back, and we gotta seize it. Stay woke, stay informed, and keep pushin' for justice. No cap.
