Supreme Court Trippin' Over Birthright Citizenship, What It Do?
The Supremes finna decide if a baby born here automatically gets that US passport or nah.

Aight, listen up. The Supreme Court, them cats in robes, is messin' with birthright citizenship. Trump, that dude who been hatin' on everybody since jump, tried to change the rules on his first day back in office, tryna make it so if yo' parents ain't citizens or got papers, yo' baby ain't automatically American. Straight up wild.
Trump said we the only country doin' this birthright thing, but that's cap. Like 33 other countries in North and South America got the same rule. He just be sayin' stuff, man.
This all boils down to the 14th Amendment, from way back after the Civil War. They put it in place so Black folks, who used to be slaves, could be citizens. But now they arguin' about if it means ANY baby born here gets the same treatment. Shits complicated.
Trump sayin' that amendment was just for the homies who was slaves, not for everybody else comin' over here. "This was meant for the slaves … for the children of slaves," he said. "I'm in favor of that. But it wasn't meant for the entire world to occupy the United States ." That's a whole lotta folks feelin' some kinda way. Real talk.
This professor lady from University of Virginia, Amanda Frost, tryin' to say the founders wanted everybody to come here. Maybe, maybe not. But times change, know what I'm sayin'?
See, this ain't just about legal stuff. It's about who gets to be American. If the Court sides with Trump, it could mess up a whole lotta families. Kids growin' up here, speakin' English, but not gettin' the same rights as everybody else? That ain't right.
And let's be real, who gon' get hit the hardest? Black and Brown folks. Always the same story. They always tryin' to find a new way to keep us down. It's a system, man.
So, we gotta pay attention to what these cats in robes decide. This ain't just some fancy legal argument. It's about our lives, our families, and our future. Keep yo' head up and stay woke.
