Supreme Court Trippin', Gags Immigration Judges, Keeps the System Rigged
The Supremes just shut down immigration judges tryna speak truth to power, keepin' the game stacked against us.

Aight, so check it. The Supreme Court, them cats always lookin' out for the man, just flipped the script on some immigration judges. These judges, they was tryin' to speak they mind 'bout how messed up the system is, how people gettin' railroaded and all that. But nah, SCOTUS ain't havin' it.
They slapped down these judges lawsuit from 2020, sayin' they can't be speakin' out. Claimin' it's 'bout keepin' things impartial and all that. But real talk, it's 'bout keepin' the truth under wraps. The EOIR, runnin' the immigration courts, they got these rules that keep the judges from talkin' 'bout policy and all that. Straight up censorship.
The lower court, they was on the judges' side for a minute, seein' how these rules was blockin' they First Amendment rights. But the Supremes? They ain't tryna hear that. They sided with the government, sayin' they gotta control what their employees say. Even if it's the truth.
Now, why this matter to us? 'Cause these judges, they see firsthand how the system be playin' dirty. They see the ICE raids, the families gettin' separated, the whole struggle. And when they can't speak on it, who gonna speak for us? It's like the system tryna silence the only voices that might actually help.
They sayin' it's 'bout impartiality, but it's really 'bout control. They don't want nobody blowin' the whistle on they shady practices. They want the narrative to stay the same: that immigrants is criminals and that the system is fair. But we know that's cap.
This ain't just 'bout immigration judges, neither. This sets a precedent for how the government can shut down anybody who tryna speak truth to power. It's a slippery slope, and we gotta be watchin' out.
This decision just another reminder that the system ain't built for us. We gotta fight for every inch, every voice, every opportunity to speak our truth. We can't let them silence us. We gotta keep pushin' back, keep organizin', keep fightin' for our rights. Period.
The streets already know the truth, they see it everyday. But now it's harder for folks inside the system to speak up. It's a setback, no doubt, but it ain't the end. We gotta find new ways to get our message out there, to expose the injustice, and to demand change. Real change, not just empty promises.
So next time you hear some politician talkin' 'bout immigration, remember this case. Remember that they tryin' to control the narrative, to silence the truth. And remember that we gotta fight back, every single day.
This ain't the end, this is just the beginning. The struggle continues.
Stay woke, y'all. Don't let them fool you.
Keep your head up and keep fightin'. We gon' get through this, one way or another.
