BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. – Man, this is messed up. Word on the street is North Dakota state rep Liz Conmy just got merked in a plane crash up in Minnesota. Plane went down right after takeoff from Crystal Airport. Ain't no coming back from that.

S**t's cold, man. They say the plane crashed in a park in Brooklyn Park and caught fire. Can you imagine? One minute you flying, the next you gone. It just goes to show you, life be fragile, ya heard?

That's real talk. This ain't no joke. We talkin' about somebody's life. Somebody's mama, somebody's sister, somebody's friend. Now she gone. Just like that. Life in the hood ain't no different. We lose folks every day. Just a different type of tragedy.

Now, the news sayin' she was a state representative from Fargo. Part of the Democratic–Nonpartisan League. They callin' her a champion for public education and all that. I don't know about all that politician talk. I just know another Black woman is gone. That's all that matters.

“We are completely heartbroken and gutted by the loss of Representative Liz Conmy. Her death is a profound loss for our state,” they said on Twitter. Politicians gon' politic, even when somebody just died. But RIP to her, for real.

Man, this s**t is messed up. Gotta keep your head on a swivel out here. Life comes at you fast. One minute you chilling, the next minute you’re fighting for your life. It’s all real, yo. Gotta stay prayed up, stay focused, and stay true to yourself.

Now the FAA and NTSB gonna do their thing. Investigate and all that. But at the end of the day, it ain't gonna bring her back. So what's the point? St just be f*ed up. Gotta look out for your own. The system ain't designed for us.

We gotta rise above the bulls**t and build our own. Support our own businesses, educate our own children, and protect our own communities. Ain't nobody gonna do it for us. R.I.P. to the sister.
