They Gon' Let Him Walk? Conviction Tossed in 2000 Execution, Son Sayin' It's a Setup
That man 'bout to get away wit' murder, fo' real – after all this time, they tryna flip the script on the fam.

Racine County, WI – Man, this ain't even right. They done tossed the conviction of Miguel Cruz, the dude who supposedly murked Juanita Zdroik back in 2000. You know, that execution-style hit in Racine County? Word on the street is, they found some kinda issues wit' the DNA and how the cops handled the case. But come on, after all this time?
Juanita Zdroik, rest in peace, was a 39-year-old momma. They say she saw some mess go down in Milwaukee, a double homicide, and ended up gettin' snatched and capped. Cold blooded. Case went cold for years, then boom, they arrest Cruz in 2017.
Zach Zdroik, her son, was just a lil' dude when it happened. He told Fox News he was relieved when they locked Cruz up. Finally, some justice, right? Now, he's lookin' at the possibility of that man walkin' free. He's sayin' the system failed his fam.
See, that's how they do us. Build you up, then knock you down. Give you a taste of justice, then snatch it away. 'Cause who really cares about Black and Brown folks gettin' justice, right? We all know that ain't the priority. He said his voice don't matter. They don't care what he think.
They talkin' 'bout a plea deal, too. Ten years, maybe less. He could be out in six months! That ain't nothin' for takin' a life. My block would throw him in Lake Michigan.
Zach askin', how is that fair? Man had multiple eyewitnesses testifyin' against him, but now that's no good 'cause of some corrupt history. And that hits different 'cause you know they be schemin'.
This is why folks on the block don't trust the system. They see this kinda stuff happen all the time. Rich folks and cops playin' games, while the rest of us suffer. They always try to screw us over, no matter what. They protect each other, you hear me. Blue Wall, and all that.
So, what's the move? Gotta stay woke, gotta stay vigilant. Gotta hold these folks accountable. 'Cause if we don't, they'll keep gettin' away with it. We gotta support each other and fight for our own justice, 'cause the system ain't gonna do it for us. We gotta do our own investigations on them.
Real talk: The streets remember. Justice ain't always in the courtroom. Sometimes, it's somethin' else entirely. And the streets don't forget the names of those who do wrong.
