Spirit Done Dipped Outta Latrobe: Now What, Fam?
For real, Spirit leavin' Latrobe got folks stressin'. Where the cheap flights at now?
Aight, so check it. Spirit done bounced outta Latrobe, PA. Straight up, that was the only way a lot of folks 'round here could even think 'bout catchin' a flight. Short lines, free parkin'? Man, that was the come-up.
Now, everybody trippin'. That airline was lowkey a lifesaver for folks tryna see family, you feel me? Moms workin' two jobs ain't got no time to be drivin' hours to some bougie airport. Spirit was the plug.
And it ain't just 'bout travel, neither. That airport bringin' money into the hood. Less flights, less jobs, less bread for everybody. Corporate America always doin' us dirty, man. No cap.
They be talkin' 'bout 'market forces' and all that. But what about the people, tho? What about the working class? They just supposed to eat dirt 'cause some suits in a boardroom say so? That ain't right.
Now we gotta figure out how to get around. Catch a Greyhound? Nah, I'm good. Maybe we can start a GoFundMe to charter our own flights. Seriously, though, this is messed up.
Corporate greed stay winnin', y'all. They don't care 'bout the struggle. They just care 'bout the Benjamins. We gotta find a way to fight back.
We need more Black-owned airlines, for real. Airlines that understand the community and ain't just tryna squeeze every last dollar outta us. That's the dream, right there.
This ain't just about Spirit leavin'. This about the whole system. It's rigged against us from the jump. We gotta change the game.
So, what's the move, Latrobe? We gonna let 'em win? Or we gonna stand up and fight for what's ours? We gotta get organized, hit the streets, and make our voices heard.
They think we gonna just roll over and take it. But they wrong. We ain't goin' nowhere. We gonna be here, fightin' for a better future for our kids. Word.
And to Spirit Airlines, I say this: you may be gone, but you ain't forgotten. We remember how you treated us. And we ain't never gonna let you forget it.
Keep it 100, y'all. Stay woke. And stay ready to fight for what's right.
