Word on the street is the Beeb is lookin' at slashin' 2,000 jobs. Two THOUSAND! That's a whole lotta people 'bout to be out on they ass, lookin' for a come-up in this already wild job market. And the BBC staff union, the cats fightin' for the workers, they askin' for a 4.5% raise. You know what I'm sayin'? With the rising cost of everything a 4.5% rise is barely enough to keep ya head above water in these streets.
