SCOTUS 'Bout to Drop Some Mess: Birthright Citizenship on the Chopping Block?
They playin' with folks' futures, fam. Supreme Court gon' decide if being born here still make you a citizen, or if they finna change the whole game.

Aight, so check it. SCOTUS, that's the Supreme Court for you uninitiated, 'bout to get real messy with this Trump v Barbara case. See, back in the day, Trump tried to pull some BS, tryna end birthright citizenship. Now it's back on the table, and it's stressin' everybody out.
This lawyer dude, Wofsy, from the ACLU, he frontin' like he got it all under control. Talkin' 'bout upholdin' 'American history' and all that. But real talk, it's about keepin' folks from gettin' deported and families from gettin' torn apart.
Now, this Fourteenth Amendment, supposed to be the law. Says if you born here, you a citizen. Period. But these lawyers, they always findin' loopholes. They wanna argue 'bout what 'subject to its jurisdiction' really means. Like, if your parents ain't citizens, do you really count?
They gonna bring up Dred Scott, that old case where they said Black folks couldn't be citizens even if they was born here. That was straight up racist, and that's what they tryna do again, but this time, they targetin' immigrants.
This ain't 'bout no legal technicalities. This 'bout power. It's 'bout who they let in and who they keep out. It's 'bout makin' sure certain folks don't get no piece of the pie. This country built on the backs of immigrants, but they always tryna find a way to kick us to the curb.
Back in '98, they had the Wong Kim Ark case. Dude was born here to Chinese parents, and the Court said he was a citizen. But now, they act like that don't matter. They wanna rewrite history to fit their agenda.
Wofsy gonna be up there preachin' 'bout equality and opportunity. But the other side, they gonna be whisperin' 'bout borders and security. They gonna try to scare folks into thinkin' we takin' over the country. But we just tryna live and raise our families.
This case ain't just 'bout some law. It's 'bout the future. It's 'bout whether this country gon' live up to its promise, or if it's gon' keep on hatin' on anyone who ain't been here for generations. We gotta stay woke and fight back. This ain't no game.
