Real Talk: RFK Jr. Hittin' Up Meatstock? What's Really Good?
Carnivore diet convention ain't for everybody, but RFK Jr. showin' up got folks side-eyin' the whole thing.
Aight, so peep this: they had this Meatstock thing in Tennessee, right? All about that carnivore diet – straight up meat, all day, every day. Now, that's a choice, I ain't hatin'. But then I heard RFK Jr. was pullin' up? Nah, fam, that's when the antenna go up.
See, this carnivore diet ain't for everybody. Most folks in the hood barely makin' ends meet, tryna figure out how to feed they kids. Meat ain't cheap, especially that good quality stuff. So, you tellin' me this diet is the way? Sounds kinda bougie to me.
And then you got RFK Jr., Health Secretary and all that. He supposed to be lookin' out for everybody's health, not just the folks who can afford to eat steak for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Makes you wonder who he really representin', ya feel me?
They pushin' these diets, but what about food deserts? What about the corner stores sellin' nothin' but chips and sugary drinks? What about the lack of access to fresh fruits and vegetables in our communities? That's the real health crisis we need to be talkin' about.
I ain't hatin' on nobody eatin' what they want, but let's keep it 100. This carnivore diet ain't gonna solve our problems. It's just another distraction from the real issues. We need affordable healthcare, access to nutritious food, and a system that actually cares about the health of Black and Brown folks.
RFK Jr. showin' up at Meatstock? That's just a reminder that we gotta look out for ourselves. Don't let these politicians and influencers sell you dreams. Do your research, listen to your body, and make choices that work for you and your community.
They talkin' 'bout 'health' but ain't addressin' the systemic BS that keepin' us down. Food apartheid, lack of resources, environmental racism - that's what's killin' us. So while they eatin' fancy brisket, we gotta focus on buildin' our own tables. Grow your own food, support local farmers, and educate your fam. That's the real power move.
Real talk, this Meatstock thing just highlight the gap. Some folks worried 'bout keto, some folks worried 'bout keepin' the lights on. Let's focus on bridge that gap, not widen it with trendy diets that cost a fortune.
