Obama Center Trippin' With This ID BS, Frfr
They want us to show ID to get in, but fightin' voter ID? Nah, that ain't right.

Aight, look. This Obama Center situation got me heated, man. They buildin' this whole fancy-ass museum in the Chi, sayin' it's for the community, but then they pullin' this ID bullsh*t? You gotta show your papers to get in for free? That's some straight-up cap.
Folks on Twitter already callin' it out. "They’re making you show ID… to visit the Obama Library… in Chicago. You can’t make this stuff up!" Word. It's wild.
"The Obama Presidential Library is making people show an ID for proof of Illinois residency to get in for free. So residents have to prove who they are for this, but not to vote?" That's the real tea right there. How you gonna preach about voter suppression and then pull the same move at your own spot?
Obama's website sayin' you need a "valid photo ID, Illinois driver’s license, state ID, or city-issued ID" to prove you live here. But how many folks in the hood got all that? Especially when they be makin' it hard to get IDs in the first place?
And the giveaways? Only for citizens or legal residents? So, you tellin' me the homies who ain't got papers can't even get a free ticket? That's messed up on so many levels.
This whole project costin' $850 million. They lookin' for unpaid volunteers while the big dogs swimmin' in cash. Valerie Jarrett makin' almost three-quarters of a million a year while they askin' folks to work for free? Where's the justice in that?
Obama called it a "gift" to Chicago. But who really benefitin'? The roads gettin' fixed, but what about the schools? The community centers? The jobs?
The state throwin' down $229 million, and the city droppin' another $200 million on this thing. That's money that coulda gone to real programs that help folks in need.
They always talkin' about upliftin' the community, but then they puttin' up barriers. Requiring ID, limitin' access, and payin' people peanuts. It's the same old game, different players.
This ain't about supportin' Obama or hatin' on him. This about callin' out the hypocrisy and makin' sure that our voices get heard. We need to demand better from the folks in charge.
We gotta hold these people accountable and make sure this center actually serves the community, not just the rich folks and the tourists. And they need to stop playin' with us about voter ID. If it's good enough for the museum, it's good enough for the ballot box.
Stay woke, y'all. Don't let them pull the wool over your eyes. Keep it 100 and demand what's right. This for the culture and our community, so we gotta stand up and make sure we get treated with respect.
