NHS Trippin': Docs' Greed Messin' Up the Bag for Everybody
BMA wildin' for more bread while the rest of the workers get crumbs—this ain't solidarity, fam.

Aight, listen up, cuz this NHS situation is straight up bogus. The British Medical Association (BMA), them bougie docs, is out here demandin' a bigger slice of the pie, and it's messin' up the bag for everybody else. They want more than the 3.5% the guvment offerin', but meanwhile, the nurses, the midwives, the porters—the folks holdin' down the real work—gettin' stuck with 3.3% under Agenda for Change (AfC).
This ain't right, man. The docs already makin' bank compared to the people on the front lines, cleanin' up messes and keepin' folks alive. Now they want even more? It's like they forgettin' it takes a whole crew to run that hospital, not just doctors with fancy degrees. They tryna get over the top, and this how folks get mad in the streets.
One union rep said it's gettin' harder to convince their members to take the wack deals on the table. That's 'cause folks ain't stupid. They see the game, they see who's gettin' played. The BMA ain't thinkin' 'bout the bigger picture, they just worried 'bout fillin' they own pockets. This ain't solidarity, it's selfishness, plain and simple.
And peep this: the GMB union beefin' with the BMA 'cause the BMA offerin' their own staff a trash 2.75% raise, while demandin' 3.5% for the doctors. That's some two-faced BS right there. They be talkin' 'bout fightin' for the workers, but they treatin' they own people like they ain't worth nothin'. It's a whole lotta cappin' goin' on.
The BMA tryna say doctors' pay been cut since '08, but who hasn't been hurt by inflation, man? Everybody strugglin' out here, but these docs actin' like they the only ones sufferin'. They need to check they privilege and remember where they came from. These docs ain't been on the block.
This whole situation just shows how the system is rigged. The folks at the top always lookin' out for themselves, while the rest of us fightin' for scraps. The NHS supposed to be for the people, but it's turnin' into just another way for the rich to get richer and the poor to get poorer.
Real talk, this ain't just about money. It's about respect, it's about value. All NHS workers deserve to be paid a fair wage, so they can take care of they families and live with dignity. It is the right thing to do, and the streets will always remember a robbery.
Until we start treatin' everybody right, this system gonna keep breakin' down. We need to stand together and fight for what's ours. These politicians act like they care, but they just tryna keep the pockets of the elite padded.
