NASA Trippin' With This Moon Base, But Who Really Benefits?
NASA talkin' 'bout a Moon base by '32, but what that mean for the folks down here strugglin'?

Aight, so NASA out here wildin', talkin' 'bout buildin' a whole Moon base by 2032. But let's keep it 100, who this really for? They droppin' billions on this 'Ignition Moon Base' program, but folks here can't even afford rent or healthcare. Where the priorities at?
First, they sendin' robots. Cool, more jobs for machines, less for us. Blue Origin and them gettin' fat contracts while everyday folks grindin' just to make ends meet. Jeff Bezos probably laughin' all the way to the bank while the rest of us hustlin' for scraps.
Then they wanna put nuclear power on the Moon? Seriously? Y'all can't even handle nuclear waste on Earth, now you wanna risk contaminatin' space? Sounds like a recipe for disaster, straight up. This ain't it, NASA.
And this 'semi-permanent housing' on the Moon? Sounds like a rich folks' vacation spot. While we dealin' with potholes and broken sidewalks, they gettin' luxury lunar condos. Tell me that ain't messed up.
Jared Isaacman sayin' the U.S. will 'never give up the Moon again.' But who is 'the U.S.' he talkin' 'bout? Cause it ain't feel like this country givin' much to the people who built it. The whole system rigged, and this Moon base just another example.
And don't even get me started on Elon Musk and that Starship. That thing blowin' up more than a bad mixtape. How they gon' get these astronauts to the Moon when they can't even get a rocket off the ground?
Look, I ain't hatin' on science, but this whole thing feelin' like a distraction. They wanna look up at the stars while we drownin' in problems down here. We need jobs, education, and justice, not a fancy Moon base for the 1%. They need to get their priorities in order, for real.
So, while they up there buildin' castles in the sky, we still gonna be fightin' for our piece of the pie down here. NASA better remember who payin' the bills, cause this ain't no game. We need to see some real change, and soon. No cap.
The Ignition Moon Base program has three distinct phases: robotic exploration, infrastructure development, and human habitation. The robotic phase is scheduled to last until 2029 and will involve mapping the Moon's surface and delivering scientific instruments. The infrastructure phase involves building nuclear and solar power facilities on the Moon. The human habitation phase involves building semi-permanent housing for astronauts.
This space race is feelin' real tone-deaf, fam. US aims to land Americans back on the Moon before President Donald Trump leaves office in 2028. NASA is competing with China to return humans to the lunar surface, meaning the space agency is under pressure to appear to be winning the new space race. China is forging ahead with its own plans to land humans on the Moon by 2030. On Monday it launched its Shenzhou-23 spacecraft, sending a crew of astronauts to the country's Tiangong space station. In March, Nasa announced a $20 billion programme to construct a permanent base powered by nuclear and solar energy at the Moon's south pole by 2032.
