Montana AG Trippin' on County's ICE Policy, But What's Really Good?
Montana AG clappin' back at Gallatin County 'bout dat ICE info, but folks in the community still gotta deal wit' the realness.

Aight, so check it. Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen all in his feelings 'bout Gallatin County holdin' back info from ICE. He talkin' 'bout it's illegal, underminin' law enforcement, the whole nine. But lemme keep it a buck, ain't nobody tryna see ICE gettin' more power anyway.
See, this all started when some email leaked sayin' the County Attorney's Office don't recognize ICE as a legit law enforcement agency for dat confidential info. Now, the county be sayin' it ain't no blanket policy, but the optics ain't good, fam. Especially when ICE already be profilin' and harassin' folks just based on they skin color.
Knudsen, he tryna paint Montana as some law-and-order utopia, sayin' "Montana is not California" and all dat. But we know what's up. This ain't 'bout protectin' the community, it's 'bout pushin' a agenda. This whole situation be remindin' me of when they was wildin out back in the days with the Patriot Act, just tryna over police communities.
Gallatin County claimin' ICE wanted the info for a civil matter, not a criminal one, so they ain't qualify under the state law. But yo, if ICE want somethin', they gon' find a way to get it, legal or not. This is also happenin' in the back drop of some more DHS funding debacles in the government. They gone blame immigrants for the budget problems.
Plus, Montana banned sanctuary cities back in '21, givin' Knudsen the power to come down hard on anybody not fallin' in line. So, this just another example of the system workin' against the people.
At the end of the day, this ain't 'bout justice, it's 'bout control. They tryna scare folks into submission. But we gotta stay woke, stay vigilant, and stay true to ourselves. Ain't no justice, ain't no peace.
