Maryland Gov. Moore Say He'd Support His Son Transitionin', Folks Got Opinions
Gov Moore talkin' 'bout supportin' his kid, but the streets is talkin' too – real talk, what's good?

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Aight, so Maryland Gov. Wes Moore went on the 'PBD Podcast' and dropped a bomb: he said he'd support his son if he wanted to transition. Now the whole internet wildin' out, but let's keep it 100, what's really goin' on?
Moore basically said he wants his son to feel safe in his own skin. Said he ain't gonna disown him or nun, but he also wanna be involved in the process. That part cool, right? Parents gotta be there for they kids, no matter what. But people on the net seein' it different.
Now, you know the conservatives ain't gonna let that slide. RNC Research called it 'gender mutilation.' Kathy Szelgia from the Freedom Caucus talkin' 'bout 'woke transgenderism.' They always got somethin' negative to say, don't they?
But look, from the streets perspective, this ain't just 'bout politics. This 'bout a kid tryna figure out who he is. And his pops sayin' he got his back. That's gotta mean somethin'. Lotta kids out here don't get that kinda support.
Folks in the community know what it's like to be judged, to be misunderstood. Trans folks especially. They deal with that everyday. So when somebody in power like Gov. Moore says he gonna support his kid, that's a message to all the youngstas out there who feelin' lost and confused.
Now, ain't nobody sayin' it's easy. This transition stuff can be complicated. But at the end of the day, it's 'bout bein' true to yourself. And havin' people around you who love and accept you for who you are. That's what really matters.
But let's be real, the system ain't built for everybody to win. Some folks gonna hate, some folks gonna judge. That's just how it is. But we gotta keep pushin' for a world where everybody can live they truth, without fear. That's the goal, right?
So Gov. Moore said what he said. The internet went wild. Now it's up to us to keep the conversation goin'. Keep supportin' our youngstas, keep fightin' for equality, and keep it 100 at all times. No cap.
And if you out here hatin' on somebody for bein' themself, maybe you need to check yourself. Just sayin'. We all got our own journey, and we all deserve to be treated with respect. Keep it real, y'all.
Word to the motherland, know what I'm sayin'? Peace and love to the fam. Stay woke, stay strong, and stay true to yourself. We out.
