Louisiana Senate Done Messed Up: New Map Gon' Dilute Black Votes
They redrew the lines to cut out the majority-Black district, and now they talkin' 'bout pushin' the primaries back to November – what kinda isht is that?

BATON ROUGE, La. — Man, check it. The Louisiana Senate just pulled some straight-up BS. They passed a new map for the U.S. House districts that gets rid of the one place where Black folks had the majority. One district, that's all we had, and they snatched it like that.
This ain't nothin' but Jim Crow 2.0. They talkin' 'bout 'fairness' and 'compactness,' but we know what it really is. They tryna silence Black voices and keep us outta the game.
And to top it off, they sayin' they might postpone the primaries 'til November. Hold up, what? They already playin' games with the voting process. This is some straight-up suppression.
Over in South Carolina, they thinkin' 'bout doin' the same thing. This a whole movement to push Black folks to the side. Gotta stay woke, y'all.
They always findin' new ways to keep us down. Gerrymandering, voter ID laws, closin' poll places in Black neighborhoods – the list goes on. We gotta fight back. We gotta make our voices heard.
Historical Context: Look, this ain't new. Ever since slavery, they been tryna keep Black folks from gettin' any power. They been movin' the goalposts, changin' the rules, and doin' whatever they can to stay on top.
We fought too hard for the right to vote to let them take it away now. We gotta organize, mobilize, and show them that we ain't goin' nowhere. Period.
Lawsuits comin', fo sho. The NAACP and other organizations ain't gonna let this slide. They gonna take it to court and fight for our rights.
It's deeper than just politics. It's about respect, dignity, and the right to have a say in our own future. We gotta stand together and let them know that we ain't backin' down.
This map affectin' everythang. Schools, healthcare, jobs – all that stuff gets decided by the people we elect. If we don't have a voice, we get left behind.
They pushin' the primaries back? That's on purpose. They want us to get discouraged and stay home. But we gotta show 'em that we ain't fallin' for that trick.
Real talk, this is a wake-up call. We gotta stay vigilant, stay organized, and keep fightin' for our rights. They can't stop us if we stand together. No cap. Gotta keep it 100.
Word. The streets is watchin'.
