Knicks Ain't Playin' No More! 2-0 Lead on the Cavs, 'Knicks in Four!'
The Knicks showin' out, holdin' it down at MSG, and got the Cavs lookin' shook – real talk!

NEW YORK — Aight, so the Knicks just smacked the Cavs, 109-93, right here at the Garden. That's a 2-0 lead in the East finals, and the whole city's goin' crazy. Josh Hart went OFF, droppin' a career-high 26 points. Brunson dished out 19 points and 14 assists – that's a dub, no cap. Mikal Bridges put up 19 too. KAT was beasting with 18 points and 13 boards. Straight up dominance.
Nine straight wins? That's how we do. Last time somebody had a streak like this in the playoffs was the Celtics back in '24. Hart was hittin' them threes, 5-for-11, plus seven assists. Man was cookin'.
Coach Mike Brown said Hart had a "whale of a game." Word. Knicks came back from 22 down in Game 1, then straight up controlled this one. Had an 18-0 run in the third. Fans were chantin' "Knicks in four!" You know the vibes.
KAT said, "We treat every game like it's 0-0. Gotta win the next one. Most important game of the year." That's the mentality. Donovan Mitchell had 26 for the Cavs, James Harden with 18. They down 2-0 now, gotta go back to Cleveland.
Mitchell said, "Ain't hangin' our heads. They protected home court." Said they seen this before, but we ain't buyin' it. This ain't the same Knicks. This is a different beast.
Knicks back in the East finals for the second year, tryna get back to the Finals for the first time since '99. Brunson dropped 38 in Game 1, but he was servin' dimes this game. Hart was cold Game 1, benched and all. But he came back strong. Had to bite his jersey he was so frustrated early on. Kept shootin', tho.
Hart said, "I knew I had to just keep shootin'." That's that grind, for real. Mitchell started slow, folks were wonderin' if he hurt. Cavs cut the lead, but then started brickin' free throws – missed 10 total, ended up at 68.8%. Can't win playin' like that.
Knicks stretched the lead to 19. This is our year, man. Gotta keep it locked in. Protect home court, steal one on the road. 'Nuff said.
