Judge Trippin': Trump's Name Banned from Kennedy Center, But Who Really Cares?
Fed judge sayin' only Congress can rename it, but the struggle realer than who name on a building.

Aight, so check it. This judge, right, done said Trump can't have his name on the Kennedy Center no more. Claimin' some noise 'bout only Congress can change that. Meanwhile, folks out here can't afford rent, can't find a decent job, and dealin' with the same old BS. This name game ain't puttin' food on the table, know what I'm sayin'?
This judge, Christopher Cooper, and this lawsuit from Joyce Beatty – they arguin' 'bout some statue and whose name goes where. Beatty talkin' 'bout Trump desecratin' some “sacred memorial.” Look, sacred to who? My people been dealin' with desecration for centuries, and ain't nobody been fightin' for us like this. This ain't helping nobody tryna make it out the hood.
Trump gettin' his feelings hurt 'cause they takin' his name off a building? That’s what's keepin' folks up at night? Nah, fam. We worried 'bout police brutality, gentrification, and tryina survive in a system that's rigged against us from the jump. This Kennedy Center thing? That's rich people problems.
Board voted to put Trump's name up there in the first place, then he kick out 18 folk appointed by Biden. Sounds like the same ol' power plays to me. One set of elites fightin' another set of elites while we out here scrapin' by. They playin' chess, and we barely got checkers, ya feel me?
The Kennedy Center supposed to be 'bout the arts, right? But who really benefits from that? It ain't the kids in my neighborhood whose schools don't even have art programs. It's for the folks who already got everything. So, Trump's name or Kennedy's name – it ain't makin' a difference for us.
Politicians talkin' 'bout rule of law and protectin' institutions, but what about protectin' the people? What about equal justice under the law for everybody, not just the ones with money and connections? This whole situation just shows how out of touch these cats are from the everyday struggles of regular folk.
They worried 'bout names on buildings while we worried 'bout survival. They worried 'bout legacies while we worried 'bout makin' it to tomorrow. Until they start dealin' with the real issues affectin' our communities, this is just gonna be more noise and distractions from the truth.
So, yeah, the judge said Trump's name gotta come down. Cool. But when they gonna tear down the systems that keep us oppressed? When they gonna start investin' in our communities? When they gonna start listenin' to the voices of the people who are actually hurtin'? That’s what we need to know. Real talk.
