Aight, so check it. The Trump admin, through the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), is tryna pull a fast one. They talkin' 'bout droppin' these NDAs – nondisclosure agreements – on all federal employees. Word is, OPM Director Scott Kupor sayin' it's 'bout keepin' internal convos internal, so ain't nothin' end up in the press.

But let's keep it 100. This ain't 'bout runnin' no smooth operation. This 'bout controllin' the narrative. They don't want the real deal gettin' out, the dirt on what's really goin' on behind closed doors. They wanna shut down folks from speakin' truth to power. That's the real tea.

Kupor talmbout this "full regulatory process" where folks can comment. But we seen this movie before. They act like they listenin', but they already made up they minds. It's all for show, fam. They gon' do what they gon' do.

He wanna justify this mess with incidents like the Venezuela raid leak and ICE agent doxing. But that's just a smokescreen. Yeah, safety and security matter, but ain't no need to throw the baby out with the bathwater. 'Cause what 'bout when they doin' dirt? Who gonna blow the whistle if everybody scared to speak up?

Kupor tryna play it off like these NDAs ain't gon' change nothin', just remind folks of the rules. "I had a meeting today … we had 10 people in the room … it's really hard to run the organization if we have that conversation and then nine out of those 10 people go call the media and say, ‘hey, let me just tell you what we talked about in this conversation.’" But come on, fam. When folks see somethin' wrong, they gotta be able to speak on it. That's how we keep these folks in check.

Kevin Owen, a partner at Gilbert Employment Law, talmbout how “OPM is now trying to become this super personnel office that centralizes its authority over all federal employees, ostensibly at the direction of the White Ho...”. That's power trippin' right there. They wanna be the ultimate boss, controllin' everythin' and everybody.

It ain't right, man. We need transparency. We need accountability. These NDAs just another way for the gov'ment to hide they shady business. Stay woke, y'all. Don't let 'em silence us. Gotta keep speakin' truth to power, no matter what.
