Fo Five-Oh: Ex-Special Forces Cat on the Run After Allegedly Bustin' a Cap in His Wife
Real talk: Another sistah hurt, another brotha wildin' out – this ain't the way, fam.

Stewart County, TN – Aight, check it. This ain't no fairytale. We got Craig Berry, dude a Special Forces vet, gone completely left. Allegedly shot his wife up, then dipped into the woods like he Rambo or somethin'. Now the whole state of Tennessee lookin' for him.
This mess is deeper than just one dude trippin'. It's about the cycle, man. The cycle of violence, the cycle of hurt. We gotta break that ish, for real. This ain't about 'toxic masculinity' like the news be sayin'. This is about folks not dealin' with they demons, and that hurt spillin' over onto the ones they supposed to love.
The man's a vet, right? So, he probably seen some things, been through some things. But that ain't no excuse to put your hands on a woman. Straight up. We gotta do better. Men supposed to be protectin', not hurtin'.
And the sistah? She a teacher, tryin' to make a difference in these kids' lives. Now she gotta deal with this trauma? Nah, that ain't right. We gotta wrap our arms around her, show her she ain't alone. We gotta lift her up, help her heal.
The cops out there usin' bloodhounds and all that. Good. They need to find this dude, bring him to justice. But justice ain't just about lockin' him up. It's about helpin' the sistah heal, and it's about teachin' other brothers that this ain't the way.
They sayin' he got survival skills, he's an expert swimmer and all that. Okay, cool. But survival ain't just about livin' in the woods. It's about livin' right, treatin' people with respect, and not turnin' your pain into someone else's nightmare.
We gotta start havin' these conversations in the barbershops, in the community centers, in our homes. We gotta teach our sons how to be real men, how to handle they emotions, how to treat women with respect. This ain't no game, this is real life. And we gotta get it right, for the sake of our community, for the sake of our future.
So, to all the brothers out there: protect Black women, love Black women, and uplift Black women. And to all the sistahs out there: stay strong, stay resilient, and know that you ain't alone. We gonna get through this, together. One love.
Real talk.
