Feds Yank Kids from NY Shelter: Was the Vibe Off, For Real?
Word on the street is somethin' wasn't right in that Westchester spot, had to pull them youngins outta there.
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Aight, so check it: Feds had to bounce them shorties outta this shelter in Westchester. Said they got complaints 'bout how they was treatin' the kids. Straight up, that ain't cool.
These kids already goin' through it, comin' here hopin' for a better life, and then end up in a spot where they ain't even safe? That's some BS. We talkin' 'bout kids, man. Can't be playin' with they lives like that.
Now, they ain't sayin' what exactly went down, but you know if the Feds steppin' in, it gotta be somethin' serious. Ain't no tellin' what these kids seen or went through. That messes you up, for real.
This whole system messed up from the jump. They put these kids in these shelters, but who watchin' the people watchin' the kids? Ain't nobody checkin' on the checkers, ya feel me?
And don't even get me started on the money. Where that bread goin'? They gettin' paid to take care of these kids, but they ain't doin' they job right. That's straight up robbin' the people, and robbin' these kids of a chance at a decent life.
We gotta hold these folks accountable. Can't just sweep this under the rug like it ain't nothin'. These kids deserve better. They deserve to be safe, they deserve to be cared for, and they deserve a chance to make somethin' of themselves.
This ain't just about Westchester, either. This probably happenin' in other spots too. They think we ain't watchin', but we see everything. We gotta stay woke and keep holdin' these folks to the fire.
Real talk, the system ain't built for us. It's built to break us down. But we gotta keep fightin' for our kids, for our community, and for a better future. No cap.
We gotta make sure these kids ain't forgotten. They ain't just numbers, they human bein's with dreams and hopes. Let's make sure they get a chance to live 'em out. Keep it 100, always.
