MANTEO, N.C. – Aight, so check it, they finally scooped up this cat named Robert William McCaffrey Jr., 54, in North Carolina, right? Now they draggin' him back to Jersey to face charges for murkin' Lisa Marie McBride way back in 1990. Word is, this case been colder than a polar bear's toenails for decades.

But here's where it gets real shady. This ain't McCaffrey's first rodeo with the law. He already got popped for obstruction of justice when his wife straight up disappeared back in 2012. Vanished. Gone. Poof. Now folks connectin' the dots and it ain't lookin' good for bruh.

They say McBride was last seen chillin' at her spot in Highland Lakes, June 23rd, 1990. Next thing you know, her fam find her place lookin' like a scene from 'First 48' – phone line cut, window screen busted, bedsheets missin'. You already know what time it is.

Four months later, some hunter stumbles across her body in the Delaware Water Gap. Autopsy say she got a fractured orbit and some other messed up injuries. Ruled a homicide. Cold case. Dust. Until now.

Now, how they crack the case? DNA, man. That science sh** be catchin' up to errbody. They dug up McBride's body in 2022 and did some extra DNA testing. Boom. Got McCaffrey's DNA all over the scene. Game over.
