FARC Back on They BS: Government Promises Was Cap, Now They Back in the Streets
Them former rebels sayin' the government ain't holdin' up they end of the bargain, leavin' 'em no choice but to ride out again.

Bogota, Colombia - Aight, so check it: them FARC cats, the ones that signed that lil' peace treaty a while back, they sayin' the Colombian government ain't been keepin' it real. Straight up. They told Al Jazeera that they had to get back on that warpath 'cause they ain't feelin' safe out here. Government made promises, but ain't delivered on the protection.
That peace deal was supposed to be the come-up, right? Rebels lay down they weapons, start livin' normal, get some land, some bread. But nah, the streets still hot. Paramilitaries still lurkin', po-po ain't doin' sh*t, and folks gettin' clipped left and right. So what's a soldier supposed to do?
The government wanna talk 'bout peace, but they ain't takin' care of the people. They let the rich stay rich and the poor stay broke. Ain't no real change for the hood, for the countryside, for nobody. That's why these FARC dudes feel like they got played. They was promised the world, but all they got was a whole lotta nothin'.
Now they back on the block, strapped and ready. Ain't nobody tryna die, but they gotta protect they own. Government wanna act surprised, but they knew this was comin'. You can't just make promises you can't keep, man. That's how wars start.
This ain't just about security, tho. It's about respect. It's about lookin' out for your people. The government needs to step up and start showin' some love to the folks who been grindin' in the dirt for years. Build some schools, build some hospitals, build some futures. Stop lettin' these corporations bleed the country dry.
If the government keeps playin' games, these FARC soldiers gon' keep fightin'. It's that simple. Ain't no peace without justice. And ain't no justice when the man is stealin' from you every day. It's a cold game out here, mane. Gotta stay woke.
This ain’t no new thing, either. History repeat itself. Colombia gotta wake up and take care of they own people before somebody else do it for 'em. And you already know how that gonna end. Real talk.
Government needs to drop the facade and start keepin it 100 with the people. No more empty promises, no more lies. Or else they'll be right back where they started, except this time it's gonna be ten times worse.
Don’t get it twisted, this ain't about glorifying violence. This about survival. This about folks tryna make it in a system that rigged against them from jump. If the government ain’t gon’ help, then they better stay outta the way.
