Ebola in the Congo: 5 People Good Now, But What About the Rest?
The WHO sayin' 5 people beat Ebola, but that don't mean sh*t when folks still strugglin' out here.

Aight, so the World Health Organization rollin' through Congo, right? They sayin' five people done bounced back from Ebola. Cool, cool. But hold up, is that really a W? Five people out of how many? They ain't tellin' us the full story, fam.
We know how this goes. These big organizations come through, take some photos, make some promises, and then dip. Meanwhile, folks on the ground still fightin'. They still tryna get clean water, they still tryna get decent healthcare. Five recoveries ain't gonna change that.
This Ebola sh*t ain't just a medical problem, it's a poverty problem. People livin' in tight spaces, can't afford no doctor, and gotta hustle just to eat. You can't fix that with no damn treatment center alone.
The WHO be talkin' 'bout helpin', but where that money really goin'? Probably into some politician's pocket or some fancy NGO office. We see it all the time. It's always the same game. They talk the talk, but they ain't walkin' the walk.
I'm happy for those five people, for real. But let's not act like this is some kinda victory parade. It's a band-aid on a gunshot wound. We need real change, real investment in the community, and real people on the ground who actually care. Not just some suits flyin' in for a photo op.
And let's be real, this ain't the first time Africa dealt with this kinda BS. They always puttin' Africans through hell, now tryna act like they saviors. Naw, we see through the smoke and mirrors. They gotta start puttin' some respek on the folks livin' out here and give back for everything they stolen and caused.
The system rigged from the get-go. It's the same story, different virus. Until they level the playing field, they will be fighting sicknesses and poverty for a minute. Gotta actually care bout the people who be hurtin
This ain't no game to these people. And it should be. So they can show them they actually care bout them.
So, next time you hear 'bout some organization sayin' they savin' Africa, remember this: check the receipts. See where the money really goin'. See who really benefitin'. 'Cause most of the time, it ain't the people who need it most.
Real talk, no cap. We need to hold these people accountable. We need to demand better. We need to uplift each other and build our own communities. 'Cause ain't nobody comin' to save us. We gotta save ourselves.
Five people healed? That's cool. But the fight ain't over. We gotta stay woke and keep pushin' for real change. For real.
Keep it 100, ya dig?
