DOJ Tryna Snatch Voter Data, Privacy Dude Bails!
Feds creepin', tryna get all up in our business, and somebody on the inside ain't wit it.

Yo, check it. The Department of Justice, right? They on some wild stuff. They tryna get all the states to hand over voter info. Like, everything. Driver's license numbers, social security digits, birthdates, addresses – the whole nine. And a privacy officer from the Civil Rights Division just bounced. Word is, he ain't feelin' how the feds movin'. This ain't been reported nowhere else yet, ya heard?
See, they claimin' they need this data to make sure the voter rolls is clean, to kick off folks who ain't 'posed to be votin'. But we know what time it is. This ain't about cleanin' up no rolls. This about suppressin' votes, especially in Black and brown communities. Always some kinda catch.
In places like California, they wantin' even more info: party affiliation, votin' history. Like, they tryna build a whole profile on folks. And if states don't cough it up, they gettin' sued. Straight up bullyin'.
All this comin' while they still trippin' off the 2020 election. Trump stay on his BS, claimin' the election was stolen. But we know that's cap. They just lookin' for any excuse to mess with the system and make it harder for folks to vote. Now they wanna share all that data with Homeland Security and run it through some system called SAVE, checkin' for noncitizens and dead folks. Shady, right?
Judges in Cali, Oregon, Michigan already shut 'em down, sayin' the feds ain't got no right to this data. They be like, 'States run they own elections.' But the feds ain't listenin'. They keep pushin'.
Some dude from this group called Electronic Privacy Information Center sayin' the DOJ ain't got no business holdin' all this info. Plus, they ain't even doin' the paperwork they 'posed to. Dodgin' the rules, just like they always do.
So far, only 17 states, mostly the ones run by Republicans, handed over the data. And the DOJ ain't even said nothin' about how they plannin' to use it. This whole thing smells rotten. It's like they buildin' some secret file on all of us. This ain't new, same game different players.
We gotta stay woke and watch what these cats doin'. They always tryna find new ways to keep us down. Don't let 'em steal our voice. Real talk.
