CPAC Poll: Vance in the Lead, But Is This For Us or For Them?
Folks at CPAC poppin' for Vance, but what's that mean for the block, real talk?

GRAPEVINE, Texas – Aight, so check it: This CPAC jawn went down, and word on the street is JD Vance got the most love in their straw poll. 53% of them cats were feelin' him, sayin' he should be the next Republican presidential candidate. Marco Rubio was second with 35%. Now, I gotta ask, is this good for the 'hood?
CPAC, that's where all them right-wing politicians and activists be hangin' out, plottin' and schemin'. This year they was in Grapevine, Texas. Now, they think this poll is some kinda crystal ball, but we know how them predictions usually go.
But here's the thing: we gotta stay woke and peep what's really goin' on. This whole 'Make America Great Again' movement? It's got cracks, fam. The Epstein files dropped, bombshells, and now the US and Israel is in this war with Iran. It got folks heated and divided. Marjorie Taylor Greene dipped, citing all the mess as her reasons.
Some of these cats might be showin' love to Vance, but that don't mean the struggle is over. We still gotta fight for our rights, for our communities, for our future. This war on Iran mess is splitting up their whole group, that Politico poll proved that. We gotta stay strapped up with knowledge and keep our eyes on the prize.
Let’s be real. CPAC ain't always representin' the real folks. They ain't talkin' about the struggle we face everyday. How we gonna eat? How we gonna get healthcare? How we gonna stop the police from harassin' us?
Rubio went from gettin' no love to gettin' a ton more. Why? Because he's all about that war talk and cozyin' up to them far-right leaders overseas. We gotta see through the BS and keep it 100.
Vance was on top last year at CPAC too. But they ain't talking about how that helped us on the block. So, until these politicians start addressin' our needs, I ain't buyin' what they sellin'. We gotta keep our heads up and keep fightin' for what's ours.
