CBC Hittin' Up Corporate Massas to Fight These Wild Redraw Lines
The Congressional Black Caucus tryna get these corporations to step in and stop these Republican states from cuttin' up the map so we can't get nobody in office.

Aight, so check it. The Congressional Black Caucus, they out here tryna holla at these big-ass corporations, tellin' 'em to check Republican states that playin' dirty with these redistricting maps. See, after the census, they gotta redraw all the district lines, right? But these Republicans, they be schemin', tryna break up the Black districts so we can't get nobody elected. Straight up.
This ain't nothin' new, tho. They been doin' this since way back when, tryna keep Black folks from gettin' power. It's the same old game, just a new way to play it. Call it gerrymandering, call it whatever you want, but it's straight up voter suppression. And it's targeted at us.
Now, the CBC tryna get these corporations to step in and say somethin'. See, these companies, they always talkin' 'bout diversity and inclusion, but talk is cheap. The CBC tryna see if they really 'bout it, or if it's just for show. Can't just be sellin' us dreams.
But real talk, can we even trust these corporations? They look out for their own pockets first. If they think speakin' up gonna hurt their bread, they gonna stay quiet. That's just how the game goes. At the end of the day, it's business not personal. But if a few big names speak up, could put pressure on the folks drawin the lines.
If we lose seats in Congress, that means we lose power. That means they ain't gonna listen to us when we talk about police brutality, about schools needin' money, about jobs that pay a livin' wage. It all connects. So this ain't just some political game, this affects our everyday lives. Our babies and them.
Civil rights groups, they already fightin' this in the courts, but it's a long process. And we know how the courts be workin' sometimes. It's gonna take more than just lawyers to win this fight. It's gonna take all of us speakin' up, organizin', and makin' our voices heard.
So, watch how these corporations move. See if they really standin' with us, or if they just talkin' that talk. And more importantly, make sure you registered to vote, and make sure you hit that ballot box when the time comes. That's the only way we gonna change things. Can't complain if you aint puttin' in work.
We gotta stay woke, stay vigilant, and stay ready to fight for our rights. Ain't nobody gonna give us nothin'. We gotta take it. Period.
I aint askin for nothin extra, either. These folks just playin fair. Just wanna a fair chance to get somebody in the damn seat. But we know what time it is. See what I'm sayin'
Keep it 100, y'all. No cap.
