Aussie Caught Tryna Bomb Invasion Day Rally, Claimin' He Ain't Right In The Head: Is This Dude Playin' Us?
This Liam cat threw a homemade bomb at an Invasion Day protest and now tryna say he crazy? This whole thing lookin' suspect, fam.

Aight, check it. Word on the street is this dude Liam Alexander Hall, 32, from Perth, done went and allegedly tried to blow up an Invasion Day rally. Now he tryna pull a fast one, claimin' he ain't all there in the dome. They hit him with a grip of charges, like terrorizin', makin' bombs, and tryin' to hurt folks. This ain't no joke, man.
His lawyer sayin' he gonna use that Section 27 defense, which basically meanin' he gonna try and convince the judge he was too mentally messed up to know what he was doin'. Section 27 say if you got a mental illness that makes you unable to understand or control your actions, you might get off the hook. But is this dude really crazy, or is he just tryna dodge the consequences?
This whole Invasion Day thing is already a touchy subject. For Indigenous folks, it ain't no celebration. It's a reminder of the land that was stolen and the pain that's been passed down through generations. So, tensions already high, and then this dude throws a bomb in the mix? Nah, that's straight up disrespectful.
He chillin' at the Frankland Centre now, which supposed to be a hospital for mentally unwell prisoners. But they sayin' that place is messed up, conditions is trash. They spendin' a grip on renovations, but is it really gonna change anything? Probly not.
Now, I ain't a judge or nothin', but somethin' ain't addin' up. This dude allegedly made a bomb, went to a protest, and tossed it in the crowd. That sound like a calculated move to me. But now he tryna act like he lost his marbles? I'm just sayin', it smell fishy.
The system ain't always fair, especially when it comes to Black and Brown folks. If a brotha from the hood did this, they wouldn't be talkin' 'bout no mental health defense. They'd be throwin' the book at him. So, is this dude gettin' special treatment 'cause he's white? That's the question we gotta ask.
At the end of the day, this case just show how messed up things still is. Indigenous folks still fightin' for justice, the mental health system is strugglin', and the courts ain't always on the level. This Hall dude might walk free, he might get locked up. But either way, the system needs to be held accountable.
Real talk, this whole situation is a mess. I'm just hopin' that whatever happens, justice is served for the victims and for the Indigenous community that's been hurt for way too long.
