MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Aight, listen up. The Alabama legislature done shut down early 'cause folks got tired of their games. They out here redrawing district lines to make sure our voices don't count. Straight up, they tryna disenfranchise the Black community, like always.

This redistricting ain't nothin' but a power grab. They be slicin' and dicin' up our neighborhoods so we can't elect who we want. It's the same old playbook, different year. They think we stupid, but we see what they doin'.

That's why folks marched on the State House. They ain't gonna let them politicians get away with this mess. We gotta stand up for our rights, 'cause ain't nobody else gonna do it for us.

They talkin' 'bout “fairness” and “representation,” but it's all just lip service. They only care about keepin' themselves in power. They don't give a damn about the struggles we face every day.
