ACLU Caught Slippin' With That Foreign Money In Missouri?
Conservative watchdog tryna expose the ACLU for playin' fast and loose with Swiss bread tryna block abortion restrictions.

Aight, listen up. Folks over at Americans for Public Trust, right? They comin' for the ACLU, claimin' they broke Missouri's laws about foreign money in elections. See, the ACLU got a cool $2 million from this Swiss foundation, the Oak Foundation. Then, quick like a bunny, they dropped half a mil on Stop the Ban, that's tryna keep Missouri from makin' abortions even harder to get.
Missouri, like a lotta other states run by the GOP, passed a law back in '25 sayin' foreign cash can't mess with their politics. This law came about cause folks found out some Swiss billionaire, Hansjörg Wyss, was pumpin' money into Dem-aligned groups that were messin' with state ballot measures. They tryna say these laws are to prevent any Tom, Dick, or Harriette from using their money to affect local politics, but we all know who they're talking about here.
Now, APT sayin' the ACLU can't just take that foreign money and then turn around and donate it to Stop the Ban. They callin' it, "reckless disregard" or even "willful evasion" of the law. Shiiiit, sound like somebody tryna throw hands in the legal arena.
The ACLU clamin' they good, they know the law, they followin' the law. But APT pointin' to a court case in Kansas, where they say you can't take money from foreign folks and then give it to groups that mess with elections. Even if it's "one step removed." It's shady as hell.
And peep this: Missouri voters gon' be votin' on whether to keep abortion legal in '26. This ballot measure would get rid of the 2024 abortion-rights amendment and let politicians restrict abortions. So, the ACLU basically tryna buy influence in a state election with that European dough. That ain't right. That's just facts.
This whole situation just shows you how the game is played. Big money talk, and it don't matter where it comes from. Folks always tryna find ways to bend the rules, especially when it comes to politics and control. It ain't about what's right, it's about who got the deepest pockets. That's why our community needs to stay woke and pay attention to what's really goin' on behind the scenes. 'Cause at the end of the day, it's us regular folks who gonna feel the effects.
The streets already know, the ACLU be on some other ish. I seen it comin'. They're always tryna play both sides of the fence, know what I'm sayin'? Keep it 100, folks. Don't trust nobody, especially when money's involved. Stay woke, stay informed, and keep ya head on a swivel. No cap!
