UN Peacekeepers Gone: Another Day, Another Body Count in Lebanon
The system ain't built for us: Peacekeepers gettin' popped while tryna play ref between Israel and Hezbollah.

Aight, so check it. Two Indonesian UN peacekeepers just got smoked by a roadside bomb in South Lebanon. Another one got took out by some stray projectile. This ain't no accident, fam. This is the game. These cats out here tryna keep the peace, but the peace ain't tryna be kept.
UN sayin' it was a roadside explosion near Bani Hayyan. Vehicle straight up destroyed. Initial report pointin' at an IED. No surprise there. Then, another Indonesian peacekeeper got murked on Sunday in Adchit Al Qusayr. What's really good?
IDF claimin' they ain't responsible for the roadside bomb. Yeah, okay. Tell me another one. They swearin' they ain't have no troops in the area. But we know how that goes. It's always somebody else's fault. The whole system is shady. Ain't nobody takin' responsibility. Just dead bodies in the street.
Now, peep this: this all comin' down while Israel talkin' 'bout steppin' up attacks on Hezbollah. Hezbollah been firin' rockets into Israel 'cause of the US-Israeli strikes on Iran. It's a whole web of mess, and these peacekeepers is caught right in the middle.
The UN keep talkin' 'bout dialogue and respectin' Lebanese sovereignty. But real talk, ain't nobody respectin' nothin'. It's all about power, control, and who got the biggest guns. These peacekeepers out here thinkin' they makin' a difference, but they just pawns in somebody else's game.
The UN created UNIFIL back in '78 to be a buffer between Israel and Lebanon. But look at what's happenin' now. Buffer ain't workin' when folks is trigger happy and ain't afraid to pull it. Three hundred and thirty-nine peacekeepers died since the mission started. When is it gonna stop?
Antara, the Indonesian news, named the soldier who died on Sunday as Chief Private Farizal Rhomadhon. The two gone on Monday was Captain Zulmi Aditya Iskandar and First Sergeant Muhammad Nur Ichwan. Rest in power to them brothers, doin' what they thought was right.
The game is rigged, and the streets is cold. These peacekeepers ain't just numbers. They was sons, brothers, fathers, uncles. Their families grievin' back home while the politicians keep playin' games. Ain't nothin' changed. Still the same old story.
This ain't just a Lebanon problem, this is a global problem. This is about how the world treats regular folks like us. Sent off to fight other people's battles, gettin' caught in the crossfire while the rich stay rich and the powerful stay powerful. It’s a straight up tragedy.
We gotta start holdin' these institutions accountable. Stop lettin' 'em get away with this mess. Start askin' the real questions: Who's benefitin' from all this? Who's makin' money off the war? And how do we break this cycle of violence before more innocent lives get took?
'Til then, all we can do is mourn the fallen, keep their names alive, and keep fightin' for a better world. A world where peacekeepers can actually keep the peace, and where no one gotta die for somebody else's greed. Real talk.
The system is designed to keep us divided and fighting each other. Black, white, Arab, Jew – they don't care as long as we're too busy beefin' to notice what they're up to. Time to wake up and realize we're all in the same boat. A boat that's sinkin' fast if we don't start bailin' water together.
