That's right, no more waitin' 'til day four to see some skrilla. 8.4 million workers, that's a whole lotta people benefitin' from this.

And it ain't just that, ya hear? 1.2 million folks who wasn't even eligible before 'cause they wasn't makin' enough cheese, they gettin' in on this action too. This good news for the sistas out there, the disabled, the young and the OGs, 'cause they be holdin' down them low-wage gigs, part-time hustle, and what not.

Before, it was like, you gotta choose: spread that sickness around the workplace or stay home and starve. Ain't no choice at all, man. But now, at least, you can stay home, get some rest, and not worry 'bout the bills pilin' up. That's what I'm talkin' bout.

Now, some of these bougie business owners be trippin', sayin' this gonna hurt they pockets. They always cryin' 'bout somethin', man. But what about the workers, huh? What about the people makin' they businesses run? They deserve to be taken care of, too.

Neil Carberry, this cat from some recruitment crew, talkin' 'bout minimum wage goin' up, payroll taxes, and the war wit' Iran jackin' up energy prices. He sayin' bosses gonna cut staff and raise prices. Man, they always tryna find a way to squeeze us. But this sick pay thing, it ain't gonna break 'em. They just greedy.

They gonna say some people gon' try to scam the system, callin' in sick for no reason. And yeah, maybe some folks will. But most people just tryna do right by theyself and they family. Don't punish everybody for the actions of a few.

This ain't a perfect solution, but it's a start. We still gotta fight for better wages, better healthcare, and a better life for everybody. But for now, let's take this win and keep pushin'. Stay woke, fam.
