Trump Tryna Get Paid Off by the IRS, Fo Real?
Son is droppin' his lawsuit against the IRS, which mean he might be 'bout to get a fat check from the same government he run.

Aight, listen up, fam. Trump, right? That dude sued the IRS for $10 billion 'cause they supposedly leaked his tax returns. Now he tryna drop the whole case. Word on the street is, he tryna get a settlement. Which basically means he tryna get paid off by the government he in charge of. Straight up.
He filed this lawsuit back in January, saying the IRS and Treasury Department messed up by lettin' his tax info get out. Some legal folks say the case ain't even strong, 'cause it was a contractor, not an actual IRS employee, who did the deed. Plus, the leak happened years ago, so the time might be up to even sue 'em.
But peep this: the Justice Department just told the judge they in talks to settle. That mean Trump might be gettin' paper from the same government he leadin'. That's some next-level stuff right there.
Judge Kathleen Williams in Miami even said this whole situation kinda sus. She said, and I quote, "Although President Trump avers that he is bringing this lawsuit in his personal capacity, he is the sitting president and his named adversaries are entities whose decisions are subject to his direction..." Basically, she sayin' he suing himself. Real talk.
The Justice Department got a whole process for folks who say the government hurt 'em. But usually, them cases be small time, like accidents with mail trucks or malpractice at the VA. Rupa Bhattacharyya, used to work at Justice, said even the serious cases, like folks hurt cleanin' up after 9/11, don't get no crazy money.
But this Trump situation? This ain't no regular case. This a whole different level of mess. Edward Whelan, a conservative lawyer, said they should hold up on this case 'til Trump out the White House. He say it's a conflict of interest, and it's wild that Trump and his crew are makin' decisions on how to respond to his own claims. For real.
So, what's the deal? Is Trump playin' chess, or is he just tryna finesse the system for a bag? Either way, it don't look good for the regular folks. 'Cause while Trump might be 'bout to get a come-up, the rest of us still grindin' tryna make ends meet. No cap.
