Aight, so check it. Heard Trump been runnin' his mouth 'bout some kinda deal with Iran. He say it's 'largely negotiated', whatever that mean, and the key to the whole thing is gettin' the Strait of Hormuz back open. Now, I ain't no geopolitical expert or nothin', but I know that Strait is where all the oil tankers be headin' through. So if dat shut down, prices go up, and guess who feel it the most? Us. Regular folks on the block.

See, these politicians always talkin' 'bout 'national security' and 'global stability,' but they ain't never talkin' 'bout how this gon' affect my rent, my gas prices, my grocery bill. They be stressin' 'bout oil prices, not 'bout food deserts. They ain't thinkin' 'bout how we gon' pay the bills if the gas price go crazy because they can't get that oil through to the cities. It is always about the business.

Remember that Iran deal Obama cooked up? They tore that up, and everything is upside down now. Everyone is struggling so now everything is out of place. And now they are trying to play it off. It's all talk and no real action, no real plans for the hood. How we supposed to trust 'em when they always playin' games with our lives?

Trump talkin' 'bout talkin' to some leaders in the Middle East. That's cool and all, but what about talkin' to the people who gotta live with the consequences of these deals? What about askin' us what we need? We need jobs, we need affordable housing, we need healthcare. We need a system that ain't rigged against us. This life we are living now aint it and it has to be more to it than we can see.

They always tellin' us to be patient, to trust the process. But the process been screwin' us over for generations. So, excuse me if I'm a little skeptical. I ain't holdin' my breath for no deal that's gonna magically solve all our problems. It's up to us to build our own community, to create our own opportunities, to take care of each other, and hope for the best for a better living.

If this Iran deal actually goes through and that Strait opens back up, maybe gas prices will drop a little. Maybe things will get a little easier for a minute. But I ain't countin' on it. These politicians come and go, but the struggle always stays the same. And that's the truth.

So yeah, Trump talkin'. Let him talk. We just gotta keep our eyes open, stay woke, and keep grindin'. We gotta look out for ourselves and our own, cause ain't nobody else gonna do it for us. Straight up.
