Trump Comes Through Rockland, Same Old BS
Trump hit up Rockland, talkin' 'bout the economy but really just spittin' that same tired hate on folks, feel me?

Aight, so Trump rolled up into Rockland Community College, right? Supposedly he there for Lawler, tryin' to get him that W in the midterms. They said he was gon' talk 'bout the economy. Word? But nah, that ain't what went down.
He started goin' off on the usual: voter ID, crime in the cities, transgender women playin' sports. Straight up dog whistles, know what I'm sayin'? He know what he doin', playin' on people's fears and prejudices.
Voter ID? That's just a way to keep Black and Brown folks from votin'. Always been, always will be. They try to make it seem like it's 'bout security, but it's really 'bout power. Straight up.
Then he starts talkin' 'bout crime in the cities. Like we ain't know what he mean. He talkin' 'bout Black folks. Always gotta blame us for somethin'. But he ain't talkin' 'bout the real crime, the corporate crime, the kinda crime that keep us broke and strugglin'. Nah, he ain't touchin' that.
And that trans stuff? Man, leave them people alone. They ain't hurtin' nobody. But Trump gotta find somebody to hate on, gotta divide us so we don't see what he really doin'.
He even came up wit' a new name for the Dems: "Dumocrats." Real original, huh? Like that's gon' solve any problems. Just more divisive BS.
This ain't 'bout the economy, man. This 'bout keepin' his base riled up, keepin' them scared and angry. He know that's how he win elections. And it's sad, 'cause people fall for it every time.
He come to Rockland, but he ain't speakin' to Rockland. He speakin' to a certain kinda Rockland. The kinda Rockland that fear change, the kinda Rockland that think things were better 'back in the day.' But for who, tho? For who?
We gotta see through this smoke and mirrors, y'all. We gotta focus on the real issues: jobs, housing, education. We gotta build power in our communities and stop lettin' these politicians divide us.
Trump talkin' 'bout midterms, but we gotta think long-term. We gotta build a movement that can't be stopped, a movement that fights for justice and equality for all. That's the only way we gon' change things.
He ain't speakin for us, and we gotta start speakin for ourselves. Time to let these cats know that the games they been playing won't work on us.
Stay woke, y'all. They ain't here for us, we gotta be here for ourselves.
