Tom Kean Jr. Ghostin' Congress: Who Lookin' Out For The Community?
Rep. Kean missin' votes due to health issues, but who gon' fight for the hood while he's M.I.A.?

So, Rep. Tom Kean Jr. been ghostin' Congress, right? Missed like a hundred votes 'cause of some 'personal health matter.' Word is he'll be back 'in a couple weeks,' but that ain't helpin' us right now. While he chillin', who speakin' up for the community?
Kean's people ain't sayin' what's wrong, just that he focused on gettin' better. Respect, but transparency matters, ya dig? Folks gotta know if they rep is on point or nah. He told the New Jersey Globe, 'I understand the need for public transparency,' but where the receipts at?
NJ's 7th district got folks from all walks of life, but too many strugglin'. We need someone fightin' for jobs, affordable housing, good schools – the real issues. When Kean gone, that's one less voice in the room.
GovTrack say he last voted March 5th. Since then, bills gettin' passed, decisions gettin' made, and our man's missin' in action. With Republicans barely holdin' the House, every vote crucial. His absence hurtin' the whole squad.
Speaker Johnson say he spoke to Kean but don't know the deets. 'We’re expecting him back here soon. He’s had a medical issue. I don’t even know the details.' That's weak, man. Top dogs gotta be in the loop.
Kean's daddy, the former guv, say he got a 'serious illness' and needs time to recover. Aight, cool, health first. But what about the folks back home? We need a plan B, some kinda backup to make sure we ain't left hangin'.
The Dems see an opening, no doubt. They smell opportunity to snatch Kean's seat in 2026. They gon' be talkin' 'bout how he abandoned the district and how they the real voice of the people. Gotta stay woke.
Kean consultant say he still runnin' for reelection. That's good, but he gotta show he still wit us. Can't just pop back up when election time roll around. Gotta earn that respect.
This ain't just about Kean, tho. It's about the whole system. Why ain't there a better way to cover for folks when they out? Temporary replacements, remote voting – something to keep the wheels turnin'. We can't let one person's absence hold us back.
Real talk: politicians come and go, but the struggle real. We gotta organize, stay informed, and hold these cats accountable. Whether it's Kean or somebody else, they work for us, not the other way around.
So, Kean get your health right, but don't forget about the hood. We need you back on the block, fightin' for what's right. No cap.
