They Done Hit the Refinery: Oil Spill Messin' Up the Whole Island, Fam
Lavan Island ain't lookin' too good after somebody hit the oil spot – now the sea life and the whole community payin' the price.
Aight, so check it. Word on the street is somebody done blew up that refinery on Lavan Island. Now the whole damn place lookin' like a grease pit. Fo real.
See, that's the problem with messin' wit' that oil money. It always end up spillin', literally and figuratively. And who get hurt the most? The little man, the folks just tryna survive.
That oil ain't just stayin' in one place neither. It spreadin' out, killin' the fish, messin' up the water. People 'round here rely on that ocean, that's how they eat, how they make a livin'. Now what?
And you know ain't nobody gonna be held accountable. It's always the same story. Corporations get away wit' murder, politicians pointin' fingers, and the community left to clean up the mess. Straight up bullshit.
They talkin' 'bout clean-up operations and all that, but that's just words, man. That oil sinks deep, it sticks around. It gonna be years before things get back to normal, if they ever do.
Meanwhile, the rich folks gonna keep gettin' richer, pumpin' that oil, sellin' that gas, not givin' a damn about the people they hurtin'. It's a system, and it's designed to keep us down. That's the truth.
We gotta start lookin' out for each other, man. Gotta support our community, gotta fight for what's right. Ain't nobody else gonna do it for us. Power to the people, ya feel me?
They try to distract us wit' wars and politics, but this is what really matters. This is about survival, about protectin' our environment, about takin' care of our own.
So, next time you fillin' up your tank, remember where that gas comes from. Remember the people who suffer so you can drive your car. Remember that we all connected, and we gotta start treatin' each other right.
Keep it real, keep it 100. Know what I'm sayin'?
This ain't just about Iran, neither. This happenin' all over the world. Corporations tearin' up the land, pollutin' the water, and nobody doin' a damn thing to stop 'em. We gotta wake up, y'all.
This oil spill, it ain't just an accident. It's a symptom of a broken system. And we gotta fix it, from the ground up.
