Supreme Court Say Abortion Pills Can Still Get Mailed Out, But The Fight Ain't Over
They let the mail-order pills slide for now, but you know they comin' back for round two, so stay woke.

Aight, so the Supreme Court done stepped in and said they ain't gonna stop them abortion pills from gettin' mailed out. Louisiana tried to block that ish, sayin' it messin' with their abortion ban, but the court said nah, they ain't got the right to even bring that case. That Fifth Circuit was tryna pull some slick sh*t and ban them pills for the whole country, but the Supremes shut that down - for now.
Danco and GenBioPro, the companies makin' these pills, had to run to the court like 'yo, they messin' with our bag!' And the court gave 'em a temporary pass. Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, them old heads always on some bullsh*t, was the only ones who wanted to keep the ban. Figures.
Thomas even brought up some dusty law from 1873, the Comstock Act, talkin' about how you can't mail nothin' 'obscene' or used for abortion. Like, bruh, that law older than my grandma! But they be diggin' up anything to try and control folks bodies.
Mifepristone, that's the pill we talkin' about, and it's how most abortions happen these days. And cuz you can get it in the mail, abortion rates ain't dropped even tho some states tryna ban that sh*t. They hate to see a sista win. The FDA tried sayin' you ain't need a doctor's visit to get it, and that opened up the door for telehealth.
The same law firm that was tryna block the FDA back in '24, Alliance Defending Freedom, is behind Louisiana's case, which goes to show these people are dedicated to taking away women’s rights. They tryna say the FDA wasn't using science when they made their decision, which is just BS. The game is rigged, and you can feel it.
They asked for more time for a safety review but the judge was like 'nah,' and Louisiana appealed it. This is a game of chess, not checkers. These conservative politicians are out here mad that folks were let go, which only goes to show the politics involved. You see what I mean?
This ain't over. They gon' be back, tryin' to shut this down. So, we gotta stay vigilant and keep fightin' for our rights. Cuz they ain't gonna give 'em to us, we gotta take 'em. Word up.
