Senate Trippin', Tryna Cut Ballroom Funding in the G.O.P. Budget, Nah Mean?
They hatin' on a billi for ballroom, but where was they at when the hood needed it?
Aight, so check it. The Senate, right? They playin' games. They sayin' this G.O.P. budget got a billi for ballroom dancin', but some ref called foul. Said it don't fit the rules. Word is, Democrats announced it, lookin' all smug and sh*t.
Now, I ain't no expert on Senate rules, but I know bullsh*t when I see it. A billi for ballroom? Really? Where was that kinda money when the schools needed books? When the hospitals needed beds? When the community needed jobs?
They be throwin' money at sh*t that don't matter, while the hood strugglin' to keep the lights on. They talkin' 'bout budget rules, but what about the rules of survival? The rules of the streets? The rules of just tryin' to make it another day?
This ain't about ballroom dancin', man. This about priorities. This about who gets the bag and who gets left behind. They wanna fund some fancy-ass dancin', but they can't even fix the potholes on my block. That's messed up.
And the G.O.P., they just gonna let it slide? They gonna cave like they always do? They talkin' 'bout community engagement and culture, but what about the culture we buildin' in the streets? What about the engagement we doin' every day just to survive?
I'm tellin' you, this ain't nothin' but another slap in the face to the people who really need help. They wanna keep us down, keep us fightin' over scraps, while they dancin' the night away in their fancy ballrooms.
We gotta wake up, y'all. We gotta see through the bullsh*t and demand better. We gotta hold these politicians accountable and make them put the money where it really matters. We gotta flip the script and start dancin' to our own beat.
This ain't just about money, it's about respect. It's about seein' us, hearin' us, and treatin' us like human beings. We ain't askin' for much, just a fair chance to live, to thrive, to be part of this so-called American dream. So cut the crap and start investin' in the future of the real people.
Word up. Keep it 100, no cap.
