Secret Service Playin' Games After That Correspondents' Dinner Fiasco
Man, they ain't tryna talk to Congress after somebody almost got clapped at that bougie dinner. Real talk, what's really goin' on?
Aight, so check it. The Secret Service straight up duckin' them hearings after that mess at the Correspondents' Dinner. Week done passed, and they still ain't sayin' nothin'. Some dude walked right through security wit' a strap? Nah, that ain't cool.
That dinner be lookin' like a whole different world. Suits, dresses, fake smiles... but when it comes down to protectin' folks, they drop the ball. And who pays the price? Always the same folks.
This ain't the first time, neither. They always got some excuse, some reason why they messed up. But the streets know, somethin' ain't right. They ain't learnin' from they mistakes.
Them Secret Service dudes supposed to be the best of the best. Protectin' the Prez, the VP, all them important people. But if somebody can just stroll in wit' a gun, what's even the point?
They avoidin' Congress 'cause they know they messed up. They don't wanna answer no hard questions. They just wanna sweep it under the rug and hope we forget about it. But we ain't forgettin'.
This ain't just about some fancy dinner, tho. This about trust. If we can't trust the people supposed to protect us, who we gonna trust? We gotta hold them accountable, make 'em step up.
Real talk, they need to fix they security game. Get some new training, new protocols, somethin'. 'Cause right now, it lookin' like they just playin'.
Congressional oversight? Man, sometimes it feels like they all in cahoots. But we gotta keep the pressure on. Make sure they do they job and protect everybody, not just the folks at the top.
