Savannah Guthrie's Mom Gone: Rich Folks Finally Seein' What We Deal With
The 'Today' show lady cryin' 'bout her mama missin'? Welcome to the struggle, boo. Maybe now y'all understand why we ain't trust the system.

Aight, so Savannah Guthrie, that 'Today' show chick, all teary-eyed 'cause her mama, Nancy Guthrie, done vanished. Been gone since February 1st, they say. Now she hittin' up IG, askin' everybody and they mama for help. 1800CALLFBI, she screamin'. Reward money on the table. See, this is the kinda stuff we be dealin' with on the daily, but when it happens to them rich folks, suddenly it's a national crisis. Where was all this energy when our sistas and brothers been disappearin' for years? Y'all don't see us, don't hear us 'til it's somebody famous.
Now, I ain't gonna lie, I feel for her. Nobody wants they mama gone. But it's hard to have sympathy when these same folks be pushin' policies that keep us down. All this 'defund the police' talk? That ain't helpin' nobody in the hood. We need protection too, but the system ain't built for us. It's built to lock us up and throw away the key.
Sheriff Chris Nanos and the Pima County Sheriff's Department 'investigatin'. Yeah, right. We seen how they 'investigate' when it's one of us missin'. Barely lift a finger. But now that it's a rich white lady? Whole different ball game. Word is, the husband Michael Feldman ain't that worried, probably just tryna stay out the spotlight so the feds don't look too close at the family business.
So yeah, I hope they find her mama safe. But this ain't about Savannah Guthrie. This is about the double standard. This about how the system only cares when it affects the privileged few. Until we get justice for everybody, rich or poor, Black or white, this ain't gonna change. Keep it 100. Stay woke, y'all.
