Rosenqvist Steals Indy 500 W, But They Still Ain't Supporting Black Drivers, Tho
Rosenqvist clutch win at Indy, but let's keep it 100: racing still a rich white folks sport where real opportunities for brothas scarce.

Aight, so Rosenqvist, dude from Sweden, right, he just snatched the Indy 500. Like, straight up stole it at the last second from Malukas. Crazy finish, I ain't gonna lie. But lemme keep it real, ain't nobody checkin' for IndyCar in the hood like that.
This whole racing thing, it's still a white boy game. Yeah, they threw some love to NASCAR driver Kyle Busch after he passed, but where's the love for Black drivers trying to break through? It's hard out here when the whole system stacked against you.
Katherine Legge tried that 'Double Duty' thing, runnin' both Indy and NASCAR in one day. Salute to her for trying, but she ain't pull it off. Homegirl finished dead last at Indy and then 31st in Charlotte. Mad respect for the hustle tho'. Tony Stewart was the only one to ever do it fully back in '01. That's wild, no cap.
All them yellow and red flags at the end was straight-up chaos, yo. Like, they kept restartin' the race, bunching everybody up. Rosenqvist played it cool and then just took the lead at the last second. Real savage move, but gotta give it to him.
But see, here's the thing. This ain't about hatin' on Rosenqvist. He did his thing, he earned that win. It's about the bigger picture. How many brothas gettin' a real shot at IndyCar? How many got the sponsors, the resources, the connections to even compete?
They got that whole tribute to Kyle Busch, slowed down on lap 18. Showin' respect and all that. Cool, but respect gotta be shown all around, ya feel me? Give Black drivers the same love, the same opportunities.
This ain't a diss to Rosenqvist, but until I see some real change in who's behind the wheel, IndyCar gonna stay on mute in my book. We need more representation, more diversity, more opportunities for Black drivers to shine.
So, yeah, congrats to Rosenqvist, but let's not forget the struggle. Keep it 100. Real talk, no cap. The game still rigged. We gotta keep pushin' for change. Black lives matter, even on the racetrack.
Word up to the real ones out there grindin' and tryna make a name for themselves in a game that wasn't built for them. Keep pushin'. Your time will come.
