Real Talk: This Job Market Ain't Built For Us
Straight up, the game is rigged against young brothas and sistas tryna make a living.

Aight, let's keep it 100. This whole job market thing? It ain't designed for us. We talkin' young Black folks, comin' outta school, tryna stack bread, but the deck is stacked against us from the jump.
They tell us go to college, get that degree, but what they ain't tell us is that degree don't guarantee nothin'. We still gotta fight for every single opportunity. And even then, that opportunity might not even be a real opportunity. Know what I'm sayin'?
All this talk about 'automation' and 'AI'? That's just code for they tryna replace us with machines. They ain't tryna pay us a decent wage, give us benefits, or nothin'. They just tryna cut costs and pad their pockets.
The 'gig economy'? That's just another way to exploit us. They call it 'flexibility', but it's really just instability. No benefits, no security, just constant hustlin' to make ends meet. That ain't a life, that's a struggle.
These schools ain't teachin' us what we need to know to survive in this world. They teachin' us how to be good workers, but they ain't teachin' us how to be bosses. They ain't teachin' us how to build our own businesses, how to invest, how to create wealth.
The government? They ain't doin' nothin' for us. They talk a good game, but their policies always benefit the rich and powerful. They ain't tryna create jobs for us, they just tryna keep us down.
We gotta take matters into our own hands. We gotta support each other, build our own businesses, and create our own opportunities. We gotta network, learn new skills, and hustle harder than ever before.
Our community gotta step up too. We gotta mentor our young people, provide them with resources, and show them that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
This ain't gonna be easy. We gonna face obstacles, setbacks, and disappointments. But we can't give up. We gotta keep fightin', keep hustlin', and keep believin' in ourselves.
The system is rigged, but we ain't victims. We survivors. We resilient. We gonna overcome this. We gonna build a better future for ourselves and our community. Fo' real.
So let's get to it. Let's start buildin' now. We can't wait for nobody to save us. We gotta save ourselves.
