Aight, so check it. The Pentagon, right? They hit us with this news that they want 54 BILLION dollars for some “Defense Autonomous Warfare Group” – DAWG. Sounds like some sci-fi movie, straight up. They talkin' 'bout AI-powered war, and I'm like, yo, the war is already here. It's in these streets, with no jobs, no healthcare, and cops harassin' us every day.

They sayin' this is 'bout “Drone Dominance.” Drone Dominance?! What about school dominance? What about community dominance? What about makin' sure everybody got a roof over they head and food on the table? Nah, they wanna spend half the damn UK's entire defense budget on some robot army. That's wild.

Some suit named Petraeus, used to run the CIA, callin' it the “largest single commitment to autonomous warfare in history.” Of course, he is. These cats always tryna find new ways to kill folks from a distance. Makes it easier to sleep at night, I guess.

Then they got these other dudes, Ladish and Wallich, talkin' 'bout the “risks” and “failures” of AI. Like we didn't already know. Anything run by a computer can be hacked, glitched, or used to screw us over. Plus, you know that algorithm gonna be biased af against Black and Brown folks. No doubt.

The Pentagon beefin' with this company Anthropic 'cause they didn't want their AI used for “mass surveillance or fully autonomous lethal weapons.” Good for them, I guess. But at the end of the day, the military gonna get what they want. They always do. Money talks, and bull walks. It's just another grift.

And let’s keep it 100, fam. This ain't 'bout protectin' us. This is 'bout makin' sure America stays on top. They scared of China, scared of Russia, scared of anybody who might challenge their power. So, they buildin' robots to do the dirty work. Same game, different players.

They tryna separate theyself from China with the “defense-tech ecosystem,” but what about our ecosystem? This money could be buildin' schools, investin' in Black-owned businesses, and fixin' these damn potholes that been swallowin' our tires for years! But nah, robot wars are more important, right?

So, next time you see a drone flyin' overhead, remember where that money came from. Remember the sacrifices that were made. Remember that they ain't fightin' for us.
